We are thrilled to share our farm with you! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and low-stress environment for our animals, staff, and guests, please review our Terms of Service before planning your visit
or booking activities.

1. Appointment-Only Visits

All farm tours and events are scheduled in advance and by appointment-approved only. We carefully schedule visits to limit foot traffic and reduce stress on our animals, keeping them healthy, happy, and comfortable. Our private tours are personalized and designed to give you the best farm life and animal experience while protecting the wellness of our furry farm residents.

2. Animal Health & Safety

Our farm animals are our top priority. Guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions at all times. Running, chasing, feeding, or taunting animals is not allowed. If we notice this misbehavior, you will be instructed to leave the premises, and your future visits may be revoked.

3. Staff & Volunteer Expertise

Our team of staff and volunteers is fully trained. They undergo ongoing education to learn and be aware of updated safety practices and the best care for our animals. Our staff and volunteers are here to help enjoy your visit safely.

4. No Smoking, Vaping, or Pets

For the safety and comfort of everyone and our farm animals:

  • No smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products is allowed on the property

  • Personal pets and emotional service animals are not allowed

  • No outside food, drinks, or animal treats are permitted

5. Supervision of Children

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults are responsible for supervising minors during their visit on the farm.

6. Health & Hygiene

Please wash your hands after interacting with animals. There are several hand sanitizer stations available for access throughout the farm property. Follow all posted sanitation guidelines or refer to the directory map. If you or your party are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your visit.

7. Photography Studio & Gift Shop Wellness Experience

Our photography studio and farm gift shop are designed to promote creativity, mindfulness, and community wellness. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful farm environment while connecting with local artisans, capturing memories, and learning about mental health awareness.

8. Vendor & Studio Rentals

Vendors, photographers, and other businesses interested in operating on our property or renting The Crazy Barn must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Walker’s Crazy Lil Farm, LLC as an Additional Insured. Liability coverage must meet our farm standards to ensure the safety of everyone including the farm animals on site.

9. Liability & Respect

By visiting, you agree to respect the farm, animals, and equipment, and to release Walker’s Crazy Lil Farm, LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages that may occur while on the property.

10. Photography & Media

Photos or videos taken during your visit may be used for Walker’s Crazy Lil Farm’s promotional purposes.

11. Weather & Changes

Texas weather can be unpredictable. With that said, our private guided tours and events may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions to protect our guests and animals. Be sure to check our Facebook frequently for the most recent updates about our farm and events.

12. Payments & Cancellations

Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Rescheduling is possible with advance notice and subject to availability.

13. DISABILITY SERVICE

We try our best to maintain a safe, smooth walking path for our staff, volunteers, and guests. The terrain on the farm depends on the weather permittance. At this time, we currently do not have ramps to accompany wheelchairs, scooters or strollers. Please be mindful to stay on the guided path and follow instructions from your tour guide.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Our staff reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior compromises safety, disrupts others, or affects the well-being of our animals.
